Futera Dots Minimal Ablative Fractional RF Device - The New Tissue Remodelling Expert
Who can use Futera Dots?
Futera Dots is ideal for smoothing fine lines, reducing enlarged pores, and improving acne scars and uneven skin texture.
Fractional RF is widely used for treating uneven skin texture and scarred layers, where fibrosis may be causing tissue tension, conventional RF only reaches the superficial skin layer at 42°C, which is insufficient to improve fibrotic tissue. Fractional RF delivers energy in precise grid points into the dermis, carbonizing the central area while heating surrounding tissue to 55–60°C. This process disrupts fibrotic tissue, penetrates deep into the dermis to stimulate collagen and elastin fiber production, enhancing collagen and elastin fiber restructuring.

Difference between Futera Dots and Microneedling RF
Unlike microneedling RF, Futera Dots uses lower energy levels, this treatment gently reduces fine lines and refines pores. It is non-invasive, and relatively safer to operate. Futera Dots targets surface imperfections with precision.
Futera Dots Treatment Advantages:
– Non-invasive multipolar radiofrequency
– 64-pin array tip for even distribution
– Stable and safe energy emission
– Conductive transmission
– small tip for easier replacement
– Minimal pain, efficient, and no side effects
– Repear System ensures short treatment period 15 -20 mins
– Full jaw and nasal area coverage
– Cost-effective equipment and consumables
Technology Behind Futera Dots:
UFMR (Ultra Fractional Multi-Polarity Radiofrequency) uses 1 MHz focused fractional RF to release heat up to 55–60°C, instantly "vaporizing" the epidermis while efficiently delivering energy into the dermis. With a heating depth of less than 400 microns, it ensures minimal thermal damage, triggering natural skin regeneration and stimulates collagen production. During recovery, it tightens loose skin and refines pores for a firmer, smoother complexion, achieving a "skin reborn effect".

Principle behind Futera Dots:
The core technology behind Futera Dots is UFMR (Ultra Fractional Multi-Polarity Radiofrequency), which utilizes advanced fractional dermal thermal transmission technology, along with a mesh-patterned radiofrequency energy to heat tissue, maximising collagen regeneration for enhanced results. Electrical pulses contact the skin, creating tiny epidermal scars that heal quickly with minimal trauma. During recovery, the epidermis is gently pulled, promoting fractional skin regeneration. The micro-injuries stimulate natural renewal, tightening loose skin, refining pores, and enhancing texture and elasticity for a smoother, firmer complexion.
